I started off the week right.  Yesterday, I pushed through my workout plan and was very happy with it.  I did not properly eat before my workout so I was exhausted by the end.  Today is day 2 of the workout.  After today, I’ll take tomorrow off to rest, then back at it Thursday and Friday.

The workout was fantastic.  I haven’t enjoyed a workout like that in a long time.  The exercises were just enough that I would hit the end of my push right at the end of the exercises.  A few exercises I need to add a little weight to.  I’m a little sore in some places today.  I don’t feel completely wiped out and sore and I don’t feel like I never want to do the workout again.

I’m also about to start a new business endeavor that I’m excited about.

Let’s see how today’s workout goes.
