49 days ago I started a workout routine 4 days a week. The workouts are about an hour long. I have not lost any weight. I have not gained any weight. However, I have gone from a 48.5″ waist to a 45″ waist. I’ve lost about 2 inches off my butt and about an inch off my thighs.
I went from only being able to run 50 feet to being able to jog most of a mile and a half. I started out nearly dying during the warmup to now lasting most of a session. I could do a plank for 30 seconds and like 4 pushups. I can do way more than that now. In a few more weeks I’ll be done with the base level and then I’ll start the next 12 weeks of training. I’m happy with the results so far and I look forward to improving.
