Osiyo. Dohiju? Hey, welcome back.
Starting this week for 60 days I’m doing an experiment on myself. It’s time to push through my next level of fitness. And by next level, I really mean get back into a level that’s anywhere above where I’m at.
I’ve done a lot of research on my next steps. I purchased the two ebooks that Greg Doucette has. One is a cook book and the other is a workout guide. I’ve got two packages coming in this week with my secret weapons. I’m actually not going to reveal my secret weapons at this time. I will be doing a full review of my secret weapons and the two ebooks at the end of this 8 week experiment.
My exercises won’t change much from what I have been doing except that I’m going to increase weight, reps, or sets each workout. My plan is to work a little harder each time – probably said by Greg Doucette a few times. I mean it was his hypnotic words and dreamy-screamy voice that pushed me to buy the books.
My diet will be from the cookbook. I’ll substitute as needed, but follow the recipes pretty closely to evaluate them. I mean, I want stuff that I can make that my kids will also eat instead of hotdogs and macaroni scarfed in 5 seconds but 4 more hours to eat one piece of broccoli.
Tonight, I finish setting up my exercise schedule and eating schedules. The next couple days I’ll be setting up the weights, vest, workout gear, and foods. I don’t know what else I’m going to do right now. I am looking forward to hitting this full routine.
Until next time. Dodadagohvi.
