I realized yesterday that I’m not eating enough. I pushed through the elliptical for 30 minutes with varying levels of intensity. And when I was done I sat in my chair drained for like an hour and a half. Couldn’t move, just so tired didn’t want to move. I did some of the weight training after, but not as much as I was doing. I then had some cheese, summer sausage, pepperoni, and nothing of substance like broccoli. I’m only a little sore today which is what I expect. However, everything is still tight in my body. I also had an incredible day of coughing like a madman yesterday. I have been awake since between 340 and 4am.
Tomorrow I start a new daily routine. One that starts with me getting up about 530-545 and starting my workout about 6 hopefully ending the workout about 8. I’m increasing my elliptical times from 3 mins to 330 with a 3 min break. My elliptical set runs for about an hour. I’ve considered not taking a 3 min break at the 330 and instead of pushing for say 5 or 10 mins. The problem is that I lose my willpower. At 3 mins or so I can push pretty hard. When I get more fit it may not be a big deal to push longer. IDK.
I know in January I’ll have morning PT at like 7am. I just want to push hard now to drop weight and size. For this reason, I’m increasing my workout sets and reps a bit and I’ll be starting with weights before the elliptical and sprints. The reason for this is that I can do the weights and be ok. For the elliptical and sprints, they don’t require me to do much movement. I will also not sit between sets like I had been. I’ll stand the whole time. Once I sit there’s a chance I might not get back up, like what happened yesterday. For weights, I can also cycle between exercises. My goal is not to add more exercises but condense exercises into more muscle workouts. For the moment, the exercises will be what they are. I don’t want to do 100 reps of one exercise when I can do 100 reps that work everything.
As well, I’m going to do my best to be outside walking and not just on an elliptical. I have compression pants and shirts and sleeves that will keep me warmer while walking. I don’t like walking in sweatpants. I am so heavy right now that my knees don’t like me most of the time. I wrap them when I workout and that helps. I’d like to just drop the weight and not have knee problems. Right now, I’m at about 147kg (323lbs) and I want to be at most 127kg (280lbs) by the end of December. I’d really like to lose 40 pounds by the 15th of December, but that’s super difficult and not safe at all.
I don’t have anything else I guess. I’m pretty tired and my thoughts aren’t working right.
Until next time. Dodadagohvi. ᏙᏓᏓᎪᎲᎢ.
